They were friendly, nice, helpful and offered a $25 student discount - which prompted me to ask movers (furniture) if they offered discount. They were very communicative when the drop off date was near (within a few days) and arranged the drop off time range and were within the range. Diana was helpful with ideas (like pre-washing car before they pick it up and rinsing it off before they leave to make sure no damage). They delivered it 3 days after the estimated delivery date but that was not a problem for us; also there was wintry weather and would rather be safe and late than on-time or early with a story.
