Numerous delays with pick up, company could not find a truck to p/u vehicles.Left messages with no return calls.Communication was lacking and added to frustaration.Quote that was given increased by $450 to put on truck for delivery.Drivers communicated well throughout and delayed a few days due to mechanical problems enroute.Drivers kept in touch to inform us where and when to expect delivery.Very courteous and vehicles were in good condition on arrival. Required we had to have rental car for more days than expected before p/u and after with added expense.Extremely stressful for anyone especially being senior citizen.
