King of the Road is very good about communicating with you. I had two cars to ship to two different locations. While the first transport company was awesome, the second one was terrible. Mike did his best to communicate what was happening, unfortunately CFR Autodirect would lie to him. I guess they didn't think my dad and son would communicate with me about what was happening with the cars. Mike took care of the problems. I would recommend and use King of the Road again! However, if CFR Autodirect is still in business - refuse to use the company. First company (Zen Auto) took 3 days from PA to CA and CFR Autodirect took 13 days from PA to CA. Go figure!
Ask for Mike Castro - he is very good at what he does.
