Overall the experience was a 4 out 5. Coordination between the driver and King of the Road could have been better, he was unaware I was not available to receive the car on the day he originally thought he would arrive. I did make that clear to Andrew. But it never got to the driver. It all worded out the driver rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine. Very professional and knowledgeable driver. GPS tracking was not available.
