It was my first time shipping my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I had less than two weeks to leave NY for California. I did a thorough research on various companies and decided to choose King of the Road Transport. My choice of this company was because of their good safety records, licence coverage and customer reviews. My customer rep was Julia Dess. She was very good with communication, and honestly answered all my questions. She did a good follow up as well whenever there was any updates to be made. Thanks to the dispatchers Alex and Max, I appreciate their timely calls and update on the availability drivers to pick up my car within the 5 days range period given to me. My car was also delivered to my residence within the range of delivery dates I was given I also appreciate their use of CFR AutoDirect LLC to transport my vehicle. Danny Rivera was the driver that picked up my car from NY. and Johnny Velarde was the driver that delivered my car to my residence in California. Both drivers communicated very well with me- they were very courteous, patient and professional. My overall experience with King of the Road Transport is 100% excellent. I will surely use them if I have to in the future and will also recommend them to anyone without any doubts.
