I spent days getting quotes and information about shipping my Truck from Connecticut to California. I was concerned about the ratings and feedback I saw about most companies and the pressure applied on me to sign up now. They were all bad mouthing their competition and telling me about the rating agency's taking paid feedback. Then I made one last call to "KING OF THE ROAD" and what a difference. Genuine conversation explaining how the industry worked with Brokers and Drivers without blaming anyone. Very courteous, patient and sincere customer service. Pricing wasn't the cheapest but very competitive, they explained all the fees (who received what and when). I really felt like a customer not a number. My mind was made up... this was the company I was going to use. The communication from start to finish really happened and they "WALKED there TALK" Even got my truck two days earlier than they had estimated. This Company made me a happy customer. .
