I have shipped cars 6 times. When I shipped this car down to Florida I used a different carrier, that did not go well or as quoted. When I shipped the car back to Illinois I used King of the Road. Claire was helpful and upfront about the process. Due to my location I had to use 2 separate trucks. The first truck picked up right on time. The same day the truck picked up I received a call from a broker saying my listing was "on the board too long" and I should cancel with King of the Road & go with him. I immediately call Claire and she assured me my car was in good hands. Later that day I received a call from customer service at KOR & she also said everything was fine. Lesson, there are some less than reputable people in this business. I believe I found a gem in KOR & particularly Claire. I RECCOMEND THEM HIGHLY!!!
