I tried using kings Transport and Logistics to move a vehicle I bought and they were very aggressive up front in winning my business ... making numerous calls to me. They assured me they would get the job done and be in direct contact with me following my sending them a $100 deposit. I sent the deposit and after waiting almost two weeks I had to call them to get a status. Of course they were unable to help but said if I wanted to add another $800 to the bid I might be able to get some service. I cancelled the order and went with another company and got the car in three days. I asked for my refund of $100 which they told me was fully refundable if the order had not been dispatched (which it never was); however, I was returned less than half of what they charged for my deposit, saying it was an automatic deduction as soon as the order was placed. Beware of this company ... it's a scam business. Once your deposit is made, you've lost money and no service. I had to call them, or email each time I wanted a situation report, even though they assured me from the beginning they would contact me and let me know a status. By contrast, the second company I used (Domestic Transport) were very professional and kept me well informed ... amazing difference. I also was not required to make a deposit. There are very good companies out there but Kings Transport and Logistics is NOT one of them. Stay away from them if you're looking for something that resembles decent service. I've filed a report with the Florida State Attorney's office of Consumer Fraud Division and reported them to the BBB regarding their scam tactics.
