Lyn and Bill arrived to pick up our Lexus convertible in the freezing rain. It was top loaded (as we had requested) into their beautiful enclosed carrier and then Lyn wiped it dry before heading off! Excellent communication from beginning to end and the car was deliverd exactly when we were told to expect it. It came off the carrier in perfect condition. Lyn and Bill were as delightful as could be on both ends and I have no hesitation whole heartedly recommending their services.
