Terrible communication and use typical tricks to cover up any damage they may cause. Driver was late and management was poor at best. Had my Lotus shipped and it was filthy! Their enclosed transport is just tarps on the side to help block major debris. Does not enclose the car well. Spend the extra money and book with a better company if you care about your car.
