Mike was terrific. He took a ton of photos of the car pre-shipping, and a video of it being loaded on the transporter. He sent them to me in real time. He arrived faster than expected yet kept me informed at every step of the way. Upon arrival he walked me all around the car and was friendly and very helpful. It was obvious he has been doing this a long time and took pride in his performance.
