Not only was I lied to by Anna on the phone but she was extremely rude and cery ignorant. After numerous attempts to reach them to give the driver special instructions, I finally called the broker (Who apparantly uses 1 star carriers) to get a hold of them. Finally got a call back from the broker to let me know they were expecting my call. After several messages left on a voice mail which is left by an apparant miserable Indian woman who hates her job, I got to speak with Anna. Anna barely speaks english and is almost impossible to understand, and very rude! I was very clear that inside the vehicle I was shipping there was a motor to be delivered to the destination that was in the contract. I asked if the Bus could be dropped off at a closer destination and the motor delivered. She informed me that the driver would not do that and again was very rude. I figured since they were already 7 days behind that it wouldnt be a problem. I was wrong, not only was I wrong but she seemed happy to inform me that the vehicle was going to be an additional 4 days later then their already past due date. I prompltly put the recepient of the vehicle in touch with her as he was getting angry as well. Somehow she allowed him to intercept the vehicle from its final destination and when he received the vehicle the trucker refused the motor. Seems like they would have atleast made an attempt to contact me or maybe refund some of my money since the load was 150 miles short. This company is a joke and their customer service is a joke!

Another note: The vehicle was supposed to be picked up on a thursday, and when the driver of the flaty bed that transports the vehicle to the carrier finally called me back he informed me that the vehicle wasn't leaving until monday! They told me it was leaving the same day and that they had a full carrier with no stops.. All to get my money! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AND MISERABLE ANNA! BTW Anna it's no one elses fault that you hate your life!
