I am very disappointed in the performance of this company for one reason. There was damage to the vehicle during the shipment. I mentioned the damage to the driver and he disputed the damage, noting that it was impossible for the damage to occur during shipment, based on how the cars are secured. The front bumper was scraped and chipped during transport. I have photos of the vehicle before the vehicle was shipped and sent the "before and after" pics to Lamb Transports. I have called 5 or 6 times to submit a claim and have been told they are reviewing the pictures. I have not received a call back from them yet after leaving numerous messages. The customer service is terrible and they are not willing to take responsibility for damaging my verhicle. There is most likely $300 - $500 of damage. I would not use this company to ship a vehicle in the future. Once they have their money, they do not have the courtesy to return your phone call and take responsibility for damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
