I applied for quotes online to transport my vehicle from Texas to California. A bombardment of e-mails and telephone calls followed from brokers giving quotes. Many e-mails and tekephoine calls were high pressure and almost insulting.

The quote from Lane By Lane was personal, polite and informative. I called Jim Lane and he proved to be very honest, low key, and walked me through the steps. I listed the car with him at my asking price and he prompty called me several days later with an offer which I turned diwn.
Mr. Lane courteously understood and agreed with my decision. A few days later, he called again and I agreed with the price to ship. From that point, Mr. Lane advised me when the driver would call and pick up and the ETA in California. The driver picked up as promised and delivered four days later. The car was delivered without damage to my son's business address.

This is the way business should be condiucted and I would list any future cars with Jim Lane's company.
