I have never shipped an automobile before. I found the service excellent. Jim was very helpful with useful information and great price. I was given the cell number of the person transporting the car, and he kept me updated on the time he was picking up car. He was always courteous when I called, because I was nervous about shipping a car. I will definitely call Jim Lane again when it is time to ship the car back to Ohio. Again- GREAT SERVICE. I highly recommend this new company.
