The quote seemed reasonable, so I sehduled the service. Charlie sent the contract. I filled it out and faxed it back. It had to be faxed. The form could not be emailed. A few days later I called and asked Charlie if we were all set. He informed me that they never got the fax. He said he works from his home and that he was going to check with his office and call me right back. About one hour later, a man who claimed to be the owner of the company called and restated that they did not have the fax and wanted me to resend it. I told him that I do not have access to a fax machine and it would take a few days for me to get to one. I gave him the date and time that I sent the original fax and guess what, he found it. I asked him if he knew when my car would be picked up. His reply was that he would try for that night or maybe the next day. I called the next day, but I couldn't reach Charlie, so I asked for dispatch. She told me that my vechile was
not on the sehdule yet, but would call me back to let me know when it would be picked up. The next day a person called me and said she would be my contact and to get a hold of her if I had any questions. I asked if we had a pick up date scheduled yet. Her reply was, I will get back to you. Later that day , I called again and got someone in dispatch. Again, I asked if they knew when my car would get picked up. Again the answer was No. At that point I had enough. I told her that if no truck had been scheduled to cancel the order. I asked if my charge card had been charged yet. She answered that it had not and that there would be no charge. I also sent an email to confirm the cancellation of the order. I got an email back stating that it had already been cancelled. Than a few minites later I another from Charlied saying that my car was schduled to be picked up and didn't understad the cancellation. A day later TWO charges showed up on my credit card. Called Charlie and said it would take about one week to get the credits put through. Waited one week, but no credit. Called credit card company and they issued the credit.

Unfortunately this customer is lying this is not what happened at all, He was contacted about a driver and he didnt pick up the phone for 2 days, hes card was charged when we found the driver as he was told, and as per the contract we prefer that you email it to us,so what is he saying about a fax, This is not BURGER KING HAVE IT YOUR WAY,we do our best to get you a driver when you need the pick up,but when theirs no driver doing that route theirs just no driver, He was very hard to work with.
