Received a quote of $1000 (which was middle of the road) to transport truck from KY to CA. Spoke with Jenner. He was very nice and friendly. Said he didn't think it would be a problem to find a driver and would call me when he had one. A few days later, he never called me back (he knew my time line was within the next 5-7 days). I called him and we played phone tag. every time he left a message he said there wasn't a driver available but "be reassured this is the real thing" and someone would transport my truck w/i the next 2 days. I called again and was told he would have a driver by sat (it is thurs), but he didn't have one assigned. I called on friday and left message but never got any return phone calls. So much for using the BBB acredited program for a reference
