Toyota was picked up in Illinois on time by a friendly driver and was delivered at our new address in Arizona on time by a real nice driver. Only one problem though, driver had already taken my car off the truck when I arrived, I signed the paperwork and he drove away. When I got in my car it was making a noise, the tin plate that's the heat shield was loose. I'm not sure if it happened when the car was loaded or unloaded. It cost me $45.00 to have it fixed. Other than this one complaint everything else was good.
