I shopped online for a shipping service because I live in Arizona and bought a Mercedes, located in Texas, online from E Bay. I received around 6 quotes. Level One Transport was the lowest of them all by far, most quotes being around $800. The other sites had disclaimers on their sites warning people not to choose shippers with cheap rates because they said it would take weeks to get your vehicle IF you ever got it because no one would want to haul the vehicle because the agreed upon rate is too low and the driver will choose other vehicles to transport every time over yours. They also warned people not to choose "brokers" because they're the middle man and the actual truck would not go to your home, that they'd drop the vehicle off at some depot in your city that you'd have to drive to to pick up your car. I called Camille at Level One Transport and she assured me the vehicle would be picked up within a few days of the date I asked for. I thought, Yeah right, SURE. Well, the vehicle was picked up THAT day. And then the confirmation email from the company sent a day after I ordered the service gave me that "estimated" pick up date and "estimated" delivery date. TWO days later. Again, I thought, Yeah, right...SURE. FOUR days later my car was in my driveway. The driver had called me 10 hours ahead on that Sunday and gave me a 3 hour window he'd be at my house. He called back when within 7 miles of my home. Level One did not take my deposit money at time of order. They did not take it until they had secured a carrier. I could not have asked for any better service. Everything went exactly as Camille said and the carrier said. I still cannot believe it.
