During our initial conversation, Camille could not give me a time frame. She was honest and told that it was not a route that was traveled a lot. She called back the next day and told me that she had a driver and he would be at my house that day. He was awesome, prefessional and extremly courteous. We initially had this move scheduled with TNT and they didn't show up and didn't call for 5 days. Level I will be my first choice from now on.
