The review isn't accurate. We don't charge anything until we assign a carrier. When we assigned a carrier, we charged the entire amount on the credit card as the customer requested. The carrier contacted the customer to arrange pick up but decided that he was no longer happy with billing us for the transport but wanted the customer to pay COD instead. The cust. and Level One agreed that we didn't want that kind of service and that looking for another carrier would be the best option. The first part of the quote number is the date that we gave the quote. The quote was given on April 10th and we explained to the customer that the route was getting busier and more expensive. Quotes are good for 10 days and this one had experied when he placed the order. As we assigned a carrier right away, customer did not agree to the current price to transport his vehicle and wanted us to look for a carrier at the same price which was obviously hard to accomplish as we notified the customer that the prices have increased. Had the customer agreed to current price we wouldn't have encountered any problems scheduling another pick up.
