Perfect & honest service from door to port!!

I was told my auto would be picked up within 7 days from my door in Texas and it was picked up in 4, great! The carrier calls ahead of time so you know exactly when he will arrive. The carrier (Brandon) was friendly and loaded my car in under 15 minutes. My car arrived in Honolulu exactly a week after I did. Total transit time was 18 days, perfect timing. I received my car from Matson and they were so friendly, courteous, and provided a free car wash coupon. From door to port I received excellent service, email notifications of where my auto was and if I had any questions I was provided a phone number and contact person to assist me, Camille. I was not charged any more than the amount I was quoted up front, no hidden fees or agenda's, just the flat and very affordable fee quoted in the begining. This was a great relief because in relocating there are always more additional costs that you might not account for.

I appreciate Level One Transport for being honest, professional and for using the best carriers and transporters in the business. You don't want to have to worry about receiving your car in a far away place and it being damaged or missing. I had NO damages at all and Matson is the #1 transporter from mainland to Hawaii so they are extremely professional.

Thank you Level One Transprt (Camille) for relieving me of a major concern in relocating.
