Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend Lighthouse Auto Transport LLC to military or anyone for that matter. I contacted Jon Spencer and provided my vehicle information. He immediately said he will call me back and hung the phone up. He never explained the process or provided a DOT/MC number. I called back and never received an answer. I waited a few days; in which, I still haven’t heard from him. I attempted to contact him on several occasions and he never answered. Finally, I had my wife call and he answered on the first ring. He was very nasty with me and lied saying he tried to contact me because he had a driver. Then he said he had another driver and he was going to call back... once again, he never contacted me so I found someone else to transport my vehicle. Additionally, his phone was broken due to bad signal/equipment. Military don’t waste your time.
