Shopped around and landed on the phone with "Brad." Over the phone he cut me a deal, since my car was to be transported up north for the summer then back down south end of August. I gave him my CC for the $100.00 deposit and faxed appropriate documents with signature back to" Brad." Received an order number and was told I would be contacted again closer to the pick up date (4/27/2013.) This all took place 2/11/2013.....

Forward to today.......Received a call from "Matt" to inform me that they would not be able to pick up as agreed due to high demand of vehicles being transported during these months. He said they could not honor the quote we agreed on (2/11/2013.) However he did say that he could; NOW HERE'S THE GOOD PART! "Matt" was kind enough to offer me a new quote, at the new going rates. Really?? "Matt also was kind enough to inform me the quote would be much higher than our agreed quote on (2/11/2013.) Again, REALLY?? I told Matt that I originally talked about the issue with "Brad" of pricing going up during these months, which was my reason for booking in advance, right?. His comment, call "Brad," we cannot ship for that cost. Awwww, then at that moment, I felt the act of kindness and good businessman ship that was supposed to send me away feeling less angry. "Matt" told me that he would not charge me for a cancellation......What a wonderful way to treat a consumer and build a reputation.
Now I have 17 days to find another company to do your job! THANKS GUYS!
