Matt Vogel takes excellent care of his customers. Even though there was a phone number mix-up due to transposed numbers, he kept the lines of communication open between the carrier and me. Car arrived on time. Stressful because I had never shipped my car before, but couldn't have been better. Wouldn't hesitate a nanosecond to use them again.
