I was looking for a reliable auto carrier to transport my full size van from Chicago to Baltimore. After speaking with another auto transporter who agreed to pickup my vehicle but never showed up, I decided to contact Lightening Auto Carriers. Brad, my Rep was very knowledgeable and he explained how the whole process will work. Brad was also very prompt in replying to my emails and in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle pickup request. Within 5 days, Lightening Auto found an auto carrier that would transport my van below my budget. Overall, dealing with Lightening Auto was very satisfying (excellent service and low price) and I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto transport service. Lightening Auto Carriers provides excellent customer service, use them and enjoy lower rates and good and reliable service!
