This experience was a little overwhelming for those who have never used a service like this before. There are so many out there with so many prices that fluctuate.
Picking the vehicle was not on time because they had a breakdown and needed to get the truck repaired, which put back pick up by one day. When they can to pick up my vehicle they were not able to come directly to the house (which was not residential). That was a little annoying and inconvenient as I was in the middle of packing.
The delivery was better and my car was received in good condition minus the dead bugs that was stuck to the rear end of the vehicle.
Overall, my experience was pretty good minus a few hiccups.
