This was my first out of state auction and auto transport. I was going to fly out to Ca and drive back, but requested bids out of curiosity The lowest bid was from lightning auto carriers of $525.00. I called and made arrangements for pickup as it was about the same as my going there but no hassles with temp tags and other costs. I got the release date and time and called and given the number for the driver who would be picking up my car. Later that day I called the driver, Bob to provide any information needed. He replied he was going to call me at his next stop to let me know he had my car on the truck and was almost into Nevada. He explained he had a stop in Wendover and that I would be the next stop and he would call to let me know the time he would arrive. I was surprised by the speed of the pick up from the time I let them know it was ready. The driver called and told me he would be here at 12:15pm, he was late by 2 minutes ,arriving at 12:17pm. The driver was very friendly and professional.
I Highly recommend Lightning Auto Carriers and Brad. Because of this positive experience, my son and I have applied for a dealers license in Utah and will be buying surplus municipal vehicles on a regular basis from out of state.
