Brad was my contact and was very helpful. This was all very new to me. No one wants their car to breakdown on vacation and have to rent a car to get home. Looked at flying or driving to get it ourselves, but the quoted cost was cheaper than either option.
It was a painless experience and I will use Lighting Auto Carriers again if the situation arises.
