Lightning Auto Carriers was very prompt when responding to my questions. Once we agreed on the price, Brad provided me the documents I need to expedite the order. I told Brad I needed my van to ship to NYC ASAP and he was able to assigned a driver within that day. The driver, Richard, was very informative. He kept me informed as to when he will come and pick up the vehicle. He was not able to pick up the vehicle on the first agreed date BUT he called to let me know ahead of that and I appreciates that and didn't mind. My vehicle delivered as promised by the specified date and very happy with the outcome. Thanks Brad for making the paper works less cumbersome and for responding to my questions. Thanks Richard for delivering my van safely and in a timely manner. Hints: If you want your vehicle to delivery quicker, pay more. It's worth the money. Other companies offered me a lower fees but were not able to assign a driver. I wasted a week waiting for a driver and in frustration. Had I known earlier, I would be more than happy to pay a little extra for better services.
