Brad with Lightning Auto Carriers was outstanding! My boyfriend lost his Mom unexpectedly & we needed to get her SUV from Alabama to California quick, safe and WITHOUT paying an arm and a leg. I found Lightning Auto Carriers online and the next day Brad had contacted me with a quote that was much cheaper then his competitors. We had never used a service like this before, but Brad was very reassuring that the process was very easy. Over the next week, I had a ton of questions and concerns and Brad was kind enough to listen, read and respond by either text, email or vm. Trust me, I communicated with him on a daily basis even during our time difference. His driver Mark, obtained the SUV in AL. Mark was kind and professional & said to call or check in with any concerns. He was able to drop the SUV off 3 days earlier then expected which was great!! I would highly recommend Lightning Auto Carriers for any vehicle transport. Brad and Mark, made our lives stress free and I really appreciate them!! Thank you!!!
