I have discovered that finding a transport service for your vehicle is a very daunting task. It can take an enormous amount of time with so many different firms available offering a lot of the same services. I contacted a number of different companies and found that they were all were sub-par compared to Lightning Auto Carriers. Out of all the other firms I contacted, all were short and had little sympathy for a beginning customer looking for information regarding auto transport. As for the service itself, the truck arrived on time and the driver was exceptionally kind and helpful upon pickup and delivery. On the customer service aspect, I was assisted in my purchase by Brad Carnrite, Brad was tremendously helpful and took on my business not as another sale, but as a venture to broaden his knowledge in his field and help a potential client. I have referred three different fellow clients of mine to Brad who have had job relocation's, and all have had a remarkable experience. Brad was exceptionally professional and well spoken and I would recommend his services and the services of Lightning Auto Carriers to anyone looking for auto transportation.
