Being the first time that I transported a car over a long distance Jon Sutton took the time to explain the process that would take place during the transport of my vehicle. He answered all my questions with the understanding that if I had any other questions or concerns I could contact him. The car was picked up on the day It was scheduled to do so. At the time of pickup the driver provided a drop off time of 4 days, however, it arrived a day early. Everyone from the dispatch person at Specialized Transport to the drivers themselves made me feel comfortable about the transport and confident that all would go well. I even received pictures of my vehicle on day two of the transport showing my vehicle safe and secure on the transport.
