I would just like to say that Lone Star Car Transportation provided exemplary service all around. From the very moment that I set up my order with Andrea to the day they picked up my car for delivery, I felt comfortable and quite confident that Lone Star was the perfect company for me to entrust my car being shipped cross country.
Even while the car was en route, Misty, another wonderful customer care representative, gave me timely updates and stayed on top of all of the "what, when, and where" questions that I had regarding the driver and the drop-off location.
Misty also followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the service that Lone Star had provided. She was awesome and displayed a level of customer service that more company employees should aspire to reach.
Andrea, Misty and Lone Star Car Transporation provided exemplary customer care, dependable transport service and a very reasonable rate ($825.00) that included all of the items that I was looking for in transport service coverage.
