No service delivered after collecting payment

The worst scenerio possible. Their sales rep named Rafael called me and convinced me that prepaid is the best possible guarantee of prompt servixce as the drivers are paid ahead of time and dont need to hang around until their truck is full. I paid on the Feb 1 and the funds were collected from my bank on the the same day. They promised the car to be picked in &days or less or they will ship it for free. Everytime I called the answerering machine is on. The only way I communicated with them after paynment was by email. No calls so after the 15th day, I called to cancel the service . So far still no calls. I guess its lawyer time. I would be wary of LUXURY AUTIO TRANSPORT. They have misrepresented their ads on the internet.
