came to an agreement with rafeel paid 699 up front with the thought that he was going to deliver my 69 chevy van from california to georgia that never happened these people are bottom feeders ! they are scammers and dont deserve to breathe air. DO YOUR HOMEWORK before you agree with a shipper... they wont answer the phone or answer emails
