My Thoughts on M2 Reeves and Lima Transport LLC

I am very happy with M2 Reeves. They shipped my truck that I didn't think was possible to ship and at a reasonable rate. The had a driver pick my truck up a few days after I called them. The only problem I had was with Lima Transport LLC, they were the one's that actually transported my truck and car, the driver told me that he would be delivering the truck on Monday afternoon and my dad was sitting around all afternoon waiting for a phone call from the driver. I finally called M2 Reeves and they talked to the dispatcher and he said the driver was over on hours and would leave Monday night and drop the truck off in the morning. My dad was planning on going fishing tuesday morning but waited for my truck to get there. The truck driver ended up leaving Tuesday morning so he didn't get there until Tuesday afternoon, so my dad waisted his tuesday waiting around all day for the driver to arrive. A simple phone call from the driver or the dispatcher would have been appreciated. I would use M2 Reeves but would prefer a company besides Lima Transport LLC to deliver my truck (I'm very unhappy about their lack of communication with me and my dad on the delivery time). I am also very happy with the great customer service Bailee Mayer provided me with. She was very freindly and nice to talk to on the phone. She took care of all my questions and concerns, Thanks Bailee! You get 5 gold stars from me! :)
