Katie and Stacey were both very helpful and stayed on top of things with the transporter and with me. When transporter didn't arrive when originally scheduled, they initiated contact (did not wait for me to inquire)with me an the transporter and had him calling me immediately explaining when they would arrive. The transporter came the following day and they also (driver and dispatcher) were courteous and acommodating. Arrived in great condition and earlier than anticipated. All the time the transporter and M2Reeves kept us informed on status of the transport/delivery. Oh, and on top of all this, they were the lower cost provider!
