I contact this company on Monday, October 6, 2008 after being let done by another company. My contact person was Amber and she was great. Amber explained to me that it could take from 1-7 days before they found a driver. To my surprise, Amber called me on Wednesday, October 8 to tell me that adriver was going to pick up the car on Friday, October 10, 2008. I spoke to the driver, Dmitry, (who by the way was very, very, very nice)...love him! Amber told me that my car was scheduled to be delivered by Wednesday, October 15, 2008. After speaking with Dmitry, he informed me that my car would be delivered on Monday!!! He was a little behind schedule, so the car was dropped of on Tuesday, which was still a day earlier than I was told. Love this company, would definetly use again, hopefully I will get Dmitry again. Amber, you were great!!! 2 thumbs up!
