I am waiting for the shipment almost two weeks after the reservation was accepted. My initial handleris Sarah Andrews and lately is Mitch. Car was scheduled to be picked up in Seattle on November 21 and delivered on November 24th/25th. This was agreed on the day I booked the shipment. No one called me on November 21th the day car was to be picked up and their office is closed on the weekend. I had to call them back on Monday November 24th and was told drivers were heading home for Thanksgiving and car would be picked up after November 27th. But no call ever came on Friday November 28th and no one could be reached on weekend. This is December 2nd afternoon, Mitch had not returned my three phone calls in the last two days. The last message he gave to me was there was absolutely no truck coming out ot Seattle to Kansas City. He asked me to trust him, I am not sure at this moment whether to trust him on that or think he and M2Reeves brokage company should get out of business since they seem to be so imcompetent in handling their business. I think everyone should have second thoughts using they if they couldn't keep their end of bargin.
