I appreciated the communication between customer service and driver while vehicle was in transit and delivered. My car had minor damage upon delivery, I was told that vehicle was completely insured though after I informed driver and customer service of damages no follow through was made to ensure that I was taken care of. I was also told that I could pay upon delivery and driver demanded payment in full at origination. Overall the service was acceptable. Next time, I will be sure to get what is insured and such ahead of time as well as process for filing a claim for dmages, as I am still in the dark...
