The car was shipped within the amount of time stated and in good condition however the company needs to work on their logistics. The trucker was told that he was suppose to give us an hour heads up before showing up to pick up the car but he only gave us 15 mins. When the trucker got the car loaded, he didn't have the destination address or contact information, which I had already supplied the dispatcher with two times before. Once the trucker got to the destination point, he didn't call to let me know what time to meet him beforehand and expected me to be able to meet him within an hours notice. We settled on meeting the next morning but even then he was 2.5 hours late.
