Amber was very personable and professional and while I had a small misunderstanding with the actual carrier regarding the early delivery and my inability to be present to take possesion, Amber completely had my back and quickly resolved the problem in my favor. I had a lot of concerns about shipping my car since it was my first time but she put everything in lay terms, was completely honest, and everything happened exactly as she said it would. Hands down, they got my business again if I ever need to ship my car or my friends need someone.
