The service from the company was great. Sarah was very helpful.She answered all my questions , and either took my calls or called me back promptly.
As for the driver.... Pick up was no problem , he was curteous , and a little late , but not a big deal. However , When he got to the destination , he called my customer at 1:30 am , and told them they had to meet him then or he would not be back for 3 days. This to me is unacceptable...
NO ONE SHOULD BE CALLED AT 1:30 IN THE MORNING!!!
As for the deposit rebate.. I don't really agree with the policy of quoting a price , and then holding my money for 10 days while they verify my review of their company. But, that is just the way of big buisness , I guess..
This was a learning experience , I hope however that M2Reeves , will find another way to screen their drivers....
