In the process of contracting with M2Reeves for shipping a car from California to South Carolina, I talked with several of the office personnel, all of whom were personable and efficient. My primary contact, Sarah, was extremely well informed about the shipping process and helpful in terms of answering my questions. When I told her I intended to check out shipping quotes from her competitors, she offered to match the lowest price I found. I did check out about 20 other companies and received a quote lower than Sarah's initial offer. When I called her asking her to match this lower quote (which was $820 with a $50 rebate), she did so as promised. After we agreed on the contract terms, she promptly sent me an email detailing the specifics. All in all, I was very pleased with the service rendered.
