Good and Bad

Good: This company and my contact person (Katie) was great.
She was kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole precess easier.
Katie called me a few times to ask how things are going with pick up and delievery.

Bad: The Trucking company they used to transport my vehicle was quite terrible.
(name of the company is 'ABR production transport, and M2Reeves won't work with them anymore)
My car was scheduled to be picked up around noon-early afternoon on 29th.
The driver was supposed to call me on 28th to let me know what time he will pick up the car on 29th. No Call on 28th. No Call on 29th till 1pm.
I called the driver to find out he cannot make it till 30th noon.
No pick up, No call till noon, 30th.
-> delayed to 6~7pm -> delayd to 7pm 31st. -> delayed again to 9pm
-> delayed again to 11pm -> car was picked up at 12:30 am
and every time, I had to call to find out. the driver never called me to let me know that he cannot make it in time.

My car was to be delieverd by 6th.
No Call, No Delievery on 6th
No Call, No Delievery on 7th
I called the driver and he told me it will be delieverd on the 8th, around noon.
No Call, No Delievery till noon, 8th. -> delayed to 5~6pm
I called the driver at 6pm, and he said he is 7minutes away but took him 45minutes.
My car was delieverd at 6:45pm.

ABR and the driver wasted so much of my time.
Never called to let me know that he cannot make it in time.
And for all that, I only got 100 dollars off.

The driver was good with loading, unloading, and being carefull with the car
