My experience with M2Reeves has been absolutely wonderful. I purchased their services to transport a custom shop chopper from Missouri to Illinois. My hope was to have the bike delivered on or before my husband's birthday. I was mislead by another company relating to delivery time. This put me in a very difficult position because my deadline date was quickly approaching. I did some additional research online and found M2Reeves. I called a spoke to a customer service person named Amber. She was so nice and friendly. She really cared about my issue with the other company. She was also very professional. She didn't make any promisses, she was honest and said she could only do her best. She explained the company policy regarding payment at the time of pickup and delivery and not prepaying for the services. It made sense for a customer focused business. It was then that I decided I wanted to do business with M2Reeves. My experience only got better when Amber called me and said the bike would be picked up in a few days and delivered before my husband's birthday. Thank you, Amber. In addition I want to say the driver Dan was great. They gave me his phone number directly and I spoke with him a few time while on his route. He kept me informed of his travels and when he would be arriving. He was awsome. He unloaded the bike safely into my garage. Thank You, Dan. I would highly recommend M2Reeves.
