Worst Life-time Experience with Customer Service

We were treated rudely, hung up on numerous times and give false information. We spoke with the supervisor Sarah and she was clearly no improvement over the RECEPTIONIST who told us in no uncertain terms that she was JUST the receptionist and could NOT help us. Mitch, the owner, called a few times but never took the time to connect voice to voice.

The security of our automobiles was in question through out the entire transacation. The managers at Additional Self Storage visually verified at around 8:00 pm E.T. (5:00 pm P.T.) that both cars were still sitting in an unsecured parking lot across from their location, and had indeed NOT been picked up as your E-mail dated Wed, 27 May 2009 11:15:26 -0400

Your employees' rude and totally unprofessional insistence they be allowd to interupt us every 10-20 seconds when we asked repeatedly for an uninterrupted chance to try to clarify the situation, proves without doubt they have NO concern for the customer or the safety of the cars entrusted to your company. To be interrupted to be told about how many times the drivers can not get their large trailers into certain places. Simply stated the was no large trailer ever involved, only a tow type flat bed type truck. Being hung up on 6 times did not increase our respect for your company or our confidence that our cars will arrive on time and undamaged as promised.

Our experience with NAO was not much of an improvement. Countless misinformation on where the cars were at what time is a snapshot of our experience.

We finally got our cars, both filthy, but we now have them. We will NEVER use your service again and will NEVER hesitate to inform others that your company is NOT the way to go.
