Katie was very helpful and accommodating. She was able to answer all of our questions and it helped that she was very understanding since that was the first time we're shipping our car from coast to coast. My car shipment was processed immediately and my car was picked up on the requested date. I however was inconvenienced by the trucking company (SK Trucking Company) that shipped my car (though, I understand that this is beyond the scope of their service). I told Katie about my experience with the trucking company and she appreciated and took note of my feedback. I do not know what Katie or I could have done differently to avoid the inconvenience. But overall, the people of M2reeves, especially Katie were all nice, accommodating, prompt and honest. Overall good customer service and competetive pricing.
