We were a little nervous about shipping our cars because we had heard the horror stories. We chose M2Reeves based on the phone conversation we had, their online reviews, their BBB rating, and their excellent price (they were 2nd to the lowest bidder) They contracted out to Pioneer Auto Transport which made us nervous again because of a lower rating (although M2Reeves is a 5 star, Pioneer is only a 3 star and had a BBB rating of B-) Nevertheless, Amber was very helpful in getting all of the information passed along. We requested a pickup between Sat and Thurs, they picked them both up on Wednesday. One Note- it was a local pickup driver with a loaded truck, my car actually hung off the back end of the trailer, and then it went to a central facility (more nerves for us) so we never got to meet the actual driver before we left CA. We got a call from Pioneer Tuesday saying that the driver would deliver then on the next morning. We got the name of the driver and had a cashier's check all ready for him. The cars arrived in good condition, not even that dirty. No extra miles on the odometer, everything that was in the car/trunk was still there, no dents/ dings/ scratches. Piao, the driver, was very nice, showed us the cars carefully and made sure we were happy before we signed anything. Overall a great experience, for a low price. We will definitely use M2Reeves again the next time we move across country.
